Can I buy cabinets online?

  At this time our products are available only through our showrooms or dealers. To purchase any cabinetry or accessories, please visit a Hanssem showroom or dealer.

I want to change my order. What should I do?

If you are a dealer, you must notify Hanssem of any changes within 48 hours. Requests for changes after 48 hours will be considered, based on Hanssem's ability to accommodate them and will incur a net charge of $25.00 plus material and labor incurred, per order. At this time, new lead time will be based on the changes made.

If you are consumer dealing with our dealer, please contact your local dealer since the policy varies upon each dealer.

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?

If you are a dealer, Acceptance of "Confirmation" is final and binding, no cancellation will be allowed.

Where can I order customized products?

If you are a dealer, please fax, to Hanssem, a detailed drawing of the item you want along with the material and the color of the item. Hanssem will fax back a price quote for the item.

If you are a consumer, please contact your designer, who will be working with you to develop your design within the production constraints.

Yes we can! To order printed literature, please click here.

How do I replace a broken or damaged items on my cabinet?

If you are a dealer, please contact our main office with information requested as Claims, After Service or Warranty items. Hanssem’s customer service Team will contact you or the customer as the situation requires.

If you are a consumer, please contact your dealer. Please provide cabinet size, description and cause of the damage.
